Brand Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to lead the strategic growth of key brands, oversee the launch of innovative market-driven products, and enhance overall market performance. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. The Brand Manager will be responsible for gathering market insights, developing launch strategies, training sales teams, and ensuring seamless execution across functions. The position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on brand positioning, patient access, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new product ideas via KOL interactions; prepare business cases and analyze market data.

Plan and execute product launches, sales force training, and track performance in the first year.

Review brand performance, conduct market research, and implement corrective actions.

Build strong relationships with KOLs, gather clinical evidence, and communicate product value.

Coordinate with SCM to ensure product availability and manage shortages/excess.

Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to integrate regional needs into product plans.

Qualifications

Graduate in Science/Pharma/Medical; MBA in Marketing preferred.

6 + years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

Strong knowledge of pharma industry, market analysis, and generics.

Proficiency in problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and adaptability.

Skills & Attributes

Technical: Market data interpretation, anatomy/physiology basics, competitor analysis, regulatory awareness.
