Business Manager/Sales Manager – (Mortgage NBFC)

Position: Sales Manager – DSA & Channel Partners (Mortgage NBFC)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs and channel partners from open markets.

Build and strengthen relationships to drive sales and meet business targets.

Provide daily operational support and guidance to channel partners.

Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor key performance metrics.

Requirements:

Proven sales aptitude with excellent rapport‑building and negotiation skills.

Experience 1 + Years

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Prior experience in NBFC/DSA channels—ideally within home loans and LAP.

Own conveyance and a robust local industry network.

Fluency in the regional language (a preferred advantage).
