Key Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy, planning, and governance across business units.

Oversee accounting, audits, tax, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax).

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization aligned with business goals.

Manage investor relations, board reporting, and financial risk mitigation.

Implement ERP systems, strengthen internal controls, and ensure regulatory alignment.

Candidate Profile

CA / MBA (Finance) from Tier-1 institute preferred.

Proven leadership in managing large finance teams and multi-entity operations.

Deep understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.

Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and digital finance transformation skills.
