Job Description:
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Head of R&D to lead our research and development efforts. The ideal candidate will drive product innovation, manage R&D projects, and lead a team of engineers and scientists to develop new products and improve existing ones. You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s technological direction and ensuring that R&D initiatives align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the R&D department, overseeing all research and development projects
- Develop and execute R&D strategies to drive innovation and product improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D efforts with business goals
- Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to market launch
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Allocate resources effectively and manage R&D budgets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in R&D leadership (minimum 15+ years)
- Strong background in product development and innovation
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Ability to foster collaboration and drive cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
