Candidate Criteria:
- Age: 35-45 years
- Education: B.E./MBA or relevant qualification
- Experience: 15-20 years in external affairs, public relations, or government relations (preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry)
- Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, Marathi
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and community leaders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and external stakeholders.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting the automotive industry.
- Develop policy positions and advocacy strategies aligned with company objectives.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships and influencing public policy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation: Annual CTC of ₹48L – ₹56L
