Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Management:
- Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee HR policies, talent acquisition, and employee retention initiatives.
- Employee Relations:
- Manage conflict resolution, grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct feedback sessions and implement improvement plans.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer competitive compensation programs and employee benefits.
- Analyze compensation trends to maintain market competitiveness.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems and provide guidance to managers.
- Identify high-potential employees for succession planning.
- Administrative Functions:
- Oversee office management and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the HR and admin team, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with departments and act as a liaison between employees and management.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with laws and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience at the manager level in a manufacturing company.
- Any graduate; MBA preferred.
- Experience in USFDA-approved companies is a plus.
