Program Manager

The Program Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of strategic automotive programs. This role demands strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and execution oversight across engineering, supply chain, and digital teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end program planning, execution, and reporting

Align project milestones with business goals and compliance standards

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless delivery

Monitor risks, budgets, and timelines across multiple workstreams

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred

5+ years of program/project management experience in automotive or manufacturing

Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools

Strong communication and leadership skills
