Key Responsibilities

Advise management on digitalization and IT solutions to address opportunities or process gaps.

Liaise with business leaders to initiate and coordinate IT programs and projects.

Propose automation, integration, and optimization measures to improve operational efficiency.

Design and document functional and IT specifications based on business/market needs.

Select and implement suitable technologies; plan and execute test scenarios/scripts.

Collaborate with teams to manage project changes and drive successful implementation.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in Computer Science or Applied Computer Science.

3–5 years of experience in IT solution design, digitalization, or related fields.

Strong skills in automation, integration, and optimization of IT processes.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
