Software Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

Deliver technical content for software engineering projects.

Lead and coordinate SW development team activities (estimation, planning, task assignment).

Approve technical solutions for SW subsystems and drive releases/deliveries.

Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure project success.

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in automotive or related fields with customer contact.

Successfully completed at least one project from acquisition to production launch.

Strong project management skills (stakeholder, change, escalation, review, release).

Knowledge of SW product development processes and AUTOSAR.

Experience with tools like Lauterbach, UDE, CANOE, INCA.

Basic knowledge of microcontrollers, functional safety, and battery management systems (BMS).

Hands-on experience with middleware software.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; experience working in international teams.
