Chief Strategy Officer

The Chief Strategy Officer is responsible for shaping, communicating, and executing the organization’s long-term vision and growth strategy across global markets. This role ensures alignment between corporate objectives, market opportunities, and innovation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and drive corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and shareholder expectations.

Identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new market opportunities.

Partner with CEO, CFO, and executive leadership to guide investment, M&A, and diversification decisions.

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring execution excellence.

Communicate strategic priorities to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Strategy.

15+ years of leadership experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or global business development.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven track record in driving transformation and growth in multinational environments.
