Senior Manager – Product

Lead strategic and operational management of priority brands in urology (BPH & OAB), driving growth, innovation, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Define and execute brand strategy for high-priority products.

Develop and implement operational and strategic brand plans.

Drive innovation, lifecycle management, and new product launches.

Engage internal teams, KOLs/KBLs, and external stakeholders to build brand equity.

Oversee marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and HCP-focused initiatives.

Monitor brand performance, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions.

Own brand P&L, ensuring profitability and budget adherence.

Measure campaign ROI and optimize future initiatives.

Qualifications

MBA in Marketing; Bachelor’s/Master’s in Life Sciences preferred.

8+ years of pharmaceutical product management experience, ideally in urology or specialty care.

Proven success in managing priority brands and product launches.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
