Manager – Finance

Role 

Manage plant-level financial operations, including P&L analysis, MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze plant P&L statements across global sites.

Track KPIs and cost drivers; maintain monthly MIS dashboards.

Lead budgeting and forecasting exercises aligned with business goals.

Develop presentations for CXO-level business reviews and strategic discussions.

Provide financial modeling and insights to support decision-making.

Collaborate with operations, supply chain, procurement, and corporate finance teams.

Act as a finance partner to global manufacturing leadership.

Education

Post-graduation in Chartered Accountancy; graduation in Cost Accountancy.

5 +  years of experience in financial management.
