Assistant General Manager – Quality Management

The organization is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Quality Management to lead and oversee quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position plays a key role in ensuring adherence to industry standards, strengthening operational excellence, and embedding a culture of quality across all functions

Responsibilities

Develop and implement robust quality management systems aligned with organizational objectives and industry benchmarks.

Exprience 15 + Years

Establish and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and certifications.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments to enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and optimize performance.

Lead audits, inspections, and assessments to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality practices into operations, projects, and service delivery.

Provide strategic guidance to leadership on quality-related matters and risk mitigation.

Train and mentor teams to strengthen quality awareness and accountability across the organization.

Prepare and present reports on quality performance, compliance status, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
