Development and improvement of engineering designs and solutions. The role involves creating 3D models, carrying out design analysis, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality, cost, and manufacturing requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong CAD skills, a good understanding of engineering principles, and the ability to solve practical design challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to project requirements and standards

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, BOMs, and revision records

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for component development and selection

Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction projects

Provide technical support to production and resolve design-related issues

Qualifications & Skills

BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Design Engineering

6+ years of experience in design and product development

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo

Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and manufacturing processes
