The organization is seeking a Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, business reporting, and data-driven decision support. The role will be responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and interpreting business data to generate meaningful insights and support operational and management decision-making.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, management dashboards, performance reports, and analytical summaries using tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI. The role will involve working with multiple data sources, maintaining data accuracy, identifying trends and performance gaps, and translating complex data into clear and actionable business insights.

The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to understand reporting requirements, streamline data processes, and deliver timely and accurate reports. The position will also support the development and automation of recurring reports and dashboards to improve reporting efficiency.

Key Role Accountabilities

Collect, organize, and analyze data from various business functions and operational activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports along with analytical summaries.
Develop dashboards and reporting formats using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and related tools.
Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and maintain data quality standards across reports.
Analyze business trends, patterns, and generate meaningful operational insights.
Coordinate with internal departments for data collection, reporting requirements, and support.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports to management and stakeholders.
Support business decision-making through accurate data analysis and effective reporting.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and SQL.
Experience in Power BI or Tableau.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Qualification

BE/B.TECH in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Experience

2+ years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, or Business Intelligence functions.
Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools will be preferred.
