Result-oriented Head – Operations responsible for leading and managing end-to-end operational activities for Transmission Line Hardware products. The role will oversee production, planning, supply chain coordination, quality, maintenance, logistics, and overall operational performance to ensure efficient execution of business objectives.

The candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, productivity improvement, cost optimization, capacity planning, and on-time delivery while maintaining high standards of product quality and safety. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on experience in the Transmission Line Hardware, Electrical Hardware, Power Transmission, EPC, or related manufacturing industry.

The position will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Finance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to align operational activities with customer requirements and business priorities. The candidate will also monitor key operational metrics, identify process bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve overall plant and business performance.

Roles &  Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operational activities related to Transmission Line Hardware manufacturing and business operations.
Manage production planning, process control, and operational efficiency across departments.
Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, logistics, and sales teams for smooth execution.
Ensure timely production, dispatch, and delivery of products as per business requirements.
Monitor operational performance and implement process improvement initiatives.
Maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and operational best practices.
Prepare operational MIS reports, performance reviews, and management updates.
Lead operational teams and support organizational growth through efficient operations management.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of manufacturing and operations management in Transmission Line Hardware industry.
Experience in production planning, process improvement, and operational control.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of quality systems, supply chain, and production processes.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, MIS reporting, and operational management tools.

Experience

10+ years of experience in Operations Management, Manufacturing Operations, or Plant Operations within Transmission Line Hardware, Power Transmission, or Electrical Hardware industry.
