Senior Engineer – R&D (Design)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Engineer in R&D (Design) to lead and contribute to product development and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering design, problem-solving, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of new products and enhancements.
• Perform detailed design analysis, simulations, and prototyping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, testing, etc.) to ensure design feasibility and optimization.
• Oversee testing, validation, and iterative design processes.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
• 5+ years of experience in R&D or product design.
• Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
