Role Overview: The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement of raw materials to distribution of finished products. Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Strategy:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Procurement Management:
- Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials and components.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Implement inventory control measures to track and forecast inventory needs accurately.
- Logistics and Distribution:
- Coordinate logistics and distribution strategies to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize transportation and reduce lead times.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards throughout the supply chain.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to maintain product integrity and safety.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics to monitor supply chain performance metrics and generate reports for management.
- Identify trends and develop action plans to address supply chain challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with production, sales, and other departments to align supply chain activities with business needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
