Position Overview:

• Role: Production Manager
• Department: Production (M/C & Assembly)
• Location: Wasuli / Bangalore
• Grade: L4
• Nature of Engagement: Permanent
• Direct Reports: 5-10
• Work Week: 6 Days (2 Saturdays off monthly)

Job Purpose: To oversee plant operations, ensuring optimal production quality and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning:
   • Develop and manage annual manufacturing budgets.
   • Negotiate project timelines and costs with clients.
2. Execution:
   • Monitor production cycle times and operator efficiency.
   • Implement standard operating procedures.
   • Ensure timely production and delivery to customers.
3. Monitoring:
   • Track daily production against customer requirements.
   • Manage manpower allocation and machine programming.
4. Team Management:
   • Engage and motivate team members to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: DME / BE in Mechanical / Automobile / Production.
• Experience: 9-12 years in auto components; TPM experience required.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of CNC/VMC programming, IATF 16949, and SAP (PP & MM Modules).
