Job Purpose:
To ensure efficient production processes, adherence to safety standards, and delivery of quality products that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning:
    • Organize production schedules and prepare annual assembly budgets.
  • Execution:
    • Monitor production efficiency and manage resources effectively.
    • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for smooth material flow.
  • HSE Management:
    • Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monitoring:
    • Achieve assembly targets for OLE, PPM, and FTR.
    • Review daily assembly line loading and consumable usage.
  • Team & Supplier Management:
    • Train and motivate team members; ensure effective production handovers.
    • Develop strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Participate in initiatives to improve processes and implement efficiency changes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: DME / BE in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production.
  • Experience: 7-9 years in the auto component industry, with knowledge of casting and machining.

Key Competencies:

  • Proficiency in assembly processes, VMC and CNC programming, IATF 16949 standards, and SAP.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Strong result orientation, planning and coordination skills, attention to detail, and sound decision-making abilities.
