Senior Marketing Manager – Transmission & Gear Industry

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth in the transmission and gear sector.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns, to enhance online presence.

Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities to promote products and services.

Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize ROI.

Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MBA in Marketing preferred

Exprience -15 +  Years

Proven experience in marketing within the transmission, gear, or related industrial sectors.

Strong understanding of mechanical power transmission products and applications.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software
