These scammers may approach candidates with promises of attractive employment opportunities, guaranteed placements, or priority hiring and may request payments for certification courses, training programs, registration fees, background verification, or other recruitment-related services, often with assurances that such costs will be reimbursed upon joining.We would like to clearly state that KBD Talent Forge maintains the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and professionalism in all recruitment activities. Our recruitment and selection processes are conducted through formal interviews, assessments, and client-approved hiring procedures. At no stage of the recruitment process does KBD Talent Forge request, accept, or authorize the collection of any payment from candidates for job applications, interviews, certifications, training programs, or employment offers.
