Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, and business reporting functions. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to support operational and management decision-making. Key responsibilities include preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI. The role requires the ability to identify trends, generate business insights, and ensure accuracy and quality of data. The candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills along with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams for data management and reporting support. Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze data from various business functions and operational activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports along with analytical summaries.
Develop dashboards and reporting formats using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and related tools.
Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and maintain data quality standards across reports.
Analyze business trends, patterns, and generate meaningful operational insights.
Coordinate with internal departments for data collection, reporting requirements, and support.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports to management and stakeholders.
Support business decision-making through accurate data analysis and effective reporting.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and SQL.
Experience in Power BI or Tableau.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Experience

2+ years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, or Business Intelligence functions.
Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools will be preferred.
