Industrial Operations Manager

Strategic Industrial Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end industrial and manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and quality excellence while ensuring seamless coordination across production, supply chain, maintenance, engineering, and logistics functions. The position plays a critical role in aligning operational performance with overall business objectives and growth strategies.

The Industrial Operations Manager will oversee daily plant operations, monitor key performance indicators, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and maximize resource utilization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve supply chain efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily plant/industrial operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost control.

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.

Optimize production processes, capacity utilization, and resource planning.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry guidelines.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality, engineering, and logistics.

Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and implement corrective actions.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives.

Lead and develop teams across multiple operational functions.

Ensure readiness for audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

BE/B.Tech in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

10+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing operations.

Strong understanding of plant operations, supply chain, and process optimization.

Proven leadership experience managing large teams and multi-functional operations.

Familiarity with ERP systems and industrial automation technologies.
