Result-oriented Head – Operations to manage and lead overall operational activities for Transmission Line Hardware products. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, process efficiency, supply chain coordination, quality management, and timely execution of business operations. The role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and team management experience within the Transmission Line Hardware, Electrical Hardware, or Power Transmission industry. The candidate should possess excellent analytical, coordination, and decision-making skills with a strong focus on productivity, quality standards, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operational activities related to Transmission Line Hardware manufacturing and business operations.
Manage production planning, process control, and operational efficiency across departments.
Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, logistics, and sales teams for smooth execution.
Ensure timely production, dispatch, and delivery of products as per business requirements.
Monitor operational performance and implement process improvement initiatives.
Maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and operational best practices.
Prepare operational MIS reports, performance reviews, and management updates.
Lead operational teams and support organizational growth through efficient operations management.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of manufacturing and operations management in Transmission Line Hardware industry.

Experience

10+ years of experience in Operations Management, Manufacturing Operations, or Plant Operations within Transmission Line Hardware, Power Transmission, or Electrical Hardware industry.
