Eligibility s Skills
Graduation in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related domain (essential)
MBA from a premier institute (preferred for RM role)
Proven experience in molecular diagnostics sales and business development Familiarity with PCR, NAT platforms, oligo applications, and diagnostic workflows Ability to forecast accurately, manage teams, and work cross-functionally
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution flair Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
