Position:- Lead/Senior Lead- Instructional Designer

Job Description:

• Providing Instructional Design solutions for presales by coordination with the proposals engineering and delivery teams
• Quality management, setting processes, design standards and best practices for Instructional design
• Helping the team manager in defining the team structure
• Actively work in recruitment, training, mentoring and coaching, and team motivation
• Defining processes as per the project requirements and ensuring adherence by the team.
• Creating standards, guidelines, and checklists to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Clear communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Building organizational assets like knowledge base, templates
• Focus on improving efficiencies and productivity of the team
• Be able to develop high quality Instructional Design Documents (IDD), Detailed Content Outline (DCO) and storyboards for developing online training solutions based on the pre-defined/set Instructional Design Standards
• Have sound knowledge of Instructional Design Theories and apply this knowledge to design various training solutions. This includes ability to research, analyze, design, develop, and customize instructional materials for developing Web Based Training (WBT/CBT), Instructor Led Training (ILT and vILT) and Blended Learning programs.
• Ensure adherence to set standards, processes, and timelines
• Be excellent in articulating and communicating ideas/concepts with the larger cross functional teams
• Work with the client’s Lead ID to create the training material by following the standards and processes
• Working with project managers to ensure timely project deliverables
