Sales Manager

Sales Manager to lead pharmaceutical sales operations, drive business growth, manage distributor networks, and develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and leading the sales team effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Manage and lead regional sales teams to maximize performance.
  • Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits and sales reviews with the team.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product management teams for promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives and area managers.
