This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to payments and service engagements made through our website or official communication channels.

As our services are customized, resource-driven, and consultation-based, refund eligibility depends on the stage and nature of the engagement.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services before the commencement of recruitment or consulting activities.

Once the assignment process, candidate sourcing, screening, consulting, or workforce deployment has started, cancellation requests may not be eligible for refunds.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment transaction
• Incorrect billing due to technical error
• Payment received but service not initiated

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:

• Recruitment assignments
• Candidate sourcing and screening
• Executive search mandates
• HR consulting engagements
• Staffing and payroll services
• Subscription or retained hiring services

Replacement Support

For selected recruitment assignments, KBD Talent Forge may provide a one-time replacement support subject to agreed commercial terms and hiring conditions.

Replacement support shall not apply in cases where:

• The candidate is terminated by the client
• Job requirements are significantly changed
• Payment obligations remain pending
