About the Platform

KBD Talent Forge India Pvt. Ltd. operates as a professional talent acquisition and executive search platform
connecting employers and candidates for recruitment, assessment, and workforce transformation services.
The company facilitates hiring and talent engagement but is not a party to employment contracts or third-party
service agreements between clients and candidates.

Return & Replacement Terms

Scope:

If a candidate placed by KBD Talent Forge resigns, is terminated, or fails to meet performance expectations within
90 days, the company will provide a free replacement for the same role at no additional cost.

Conditions

• The replacement guarantee applies only to candidates placed directly through KBD Talent Forge’s recruitment process.
• The client must notify KBD Talent Forge in writing within 7 business days of the candidate’s exit.
• The replacement process will begin after verification of the exit reason and compliance with agreed terms.

Exclusions

• This policy does not apply to project-based, contractual, or freelance engagements.
• No monetary refunds are offered under this policy.
• Replacement timelines may vary depending on role complexity and market availability.
